This policy describes how Rachel Gibb, eXp Realty (“we”) handles personal information collected through rachelgibbrealtor.ca.

What we collect

When you submit a contact form or request a home value report, we collect the information you provide: name, email address, phone number (optional), your message, and — for valuations — the property address, area, property type, and assessment value you enter.

How it is used and where it goes

Your information is used to respond to your enquiry, prepare and email your requested report, and — where you have consented — send occasional market updates. Form submissions are delivered to our customer relationship management system (FlowCRM) and to Rachel by email. Report emails are sent through Resend, our email delivery provider. To write the explanation in a home value report, the property address, area, property type, and estimated range (not your name or contact details) are sent to Anthropic's Claude API. We do not sell personal information.

Analytics

This website measures visits with Vercel Web Analytics. It does not place cookies on your device; it records aggregate information such as pages visited, referring sites, device type and approximate country, plus aggregate counts of accepted enquiry forms. Form contents and contact details are not sent to analytics.

Printed QR codes

When you scan a QR code on a sign or printed material, we record the time of the scan, device type, browser, referring page, and approximate location (city, region, country). Your IP address is not stored; a one-way hash of it is kept only to tell repeat scans apart. These records show how widely a property was marketed.

Consent and unsubscribing

Commercial electronic messages are sent only with your express consent, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You can withdraw consent at any time by replying “unsubscribe” to any email or contacting hello@rachelgibbrealtor.ca.

Retention and access

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law and brokerage record-keeping rules. To access, correct, or delete your information, contact hello@rachelgibbrealtor.ca.
